Artichoke and Spinach Dip Recipe and Photo!!



This was super easy to make and tasted delicious!!!  


This recipe filled a whole 11 x 7 pan!  

Prep Time: 10 minutes         Cook Time: 30 Minutes

Ingredients:

10 Oz. Frozen Chopped Spinach, thawed
1 (8 oz) can artichoke hearts, drained and roughly chopped
1 cup shredded parmesan cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
10 oz prepared alfredo sauce *I used Ragu
1 Tsp. Minced Garlic
4 oz. softened cream cheese
1 Tsp. Pepper

Directions:

Preheat Oven to 350

Mix the Parmesan Cheese, 1/2 cup mozarella cheese, Alfredo sauce and Cream Cheese in a bowl.

Mix in Garlic, Pepper, Artichokes and Spinach

Place mixture in a greased 8 x 8 pan.  Sprinkle 1/2 mozzarella on top

Cook for 30 minutes!
