Crock Pot Lasagna! Better then Stouffers!!!

So we all know I'm crazy obsessed with pinterest lately and I have been finding killer Recipes!!  I wanted to recreate a Crock Pot Recipe I saw on there originally crafted from Here.

It was super simple to make and tasted DELICIOUS!!!

Ingredients Needed:

1 lb. Ground Beef
(1) 8 oz. Uncooked Lasagna Noodles
(1) 29 oz. Can of Tomato Sauce
(1) 16 oz. Container of Cottage Cheese
(3) Cups Mozarella Cheese
1/2 garlic, finely chopper {optional}
Parmesan Cheese {optional}

Prep Time: 15 Minutes
Cook Time: 4 Hours on Low

Directions:

Brown 1 lb. meat in a skillet.  After meat is browned, be sure to drain excess fat.

Add in your 29 oz can of tomato sauce and blend well together.  I added chopped garlic to my sauce but that is totally optional.  Once meat and sauce are well blended prepare your crock pot.

In a bowl, mix together your cheese mixture.  This consists of 3 cups of mozarella cheese and (1) 16 oz container of cottage cheese.

This lasagna requires 3 layers just like all lasagnas!  Meat, Noodles and Cheese.

1. Take 1/4 of your meat mixture and cover bottom of crockpot.
2. Next, take your uncooked, lasagna noodles and break them in half and start to place onto of meat mixture.
3. Take 1/4 of your cheese mixture and layer onto of noodles.
4. Repeat 3 layers again.
Finish lasagna with the rest of the meat mixture!

Cook for 4 hours on low in the crockpot.

5 Minutes before serving add parmesan to top the lasagna off!!

Serve while hot!

It turned out delicious!!!!
