You can either sign up online HERE or visit your nearest CVS Store and get one.

What's a Green bag tag, and why do I need one?

A green bag tag can be purchased at CVS for $0.99 and is an incentive to get you to use your own reusable totes.  Every purchase you make (once a day) will count towards a rewards of $1.00 ECB for every 4 scans of your Green Bag Tag.

I made a purchase and need to return it, but I received ECB.  Will I lose them?

Absolutely not!  CVS gives incentives for you to buy select products.  So, when you purchase an item that you receive an ECB on they will not ask for that reward back, that is yours to spend.  Although you may feel guilty it is not your fault!

I made a purchase using coupons, but need to return the item? What happens to my coupons?

The cashier can not give you back your coupons unless it is an immediate return.  If you purchased an item or items using coupons; you will receive the value of coupons on a CVS gift card and you will receive the other payment method back in original form.

The items I need are out of stock, what do i do?

Always ask for a raincheck.  CVS employees will be happy to assist you with this and it's very easy.  Take your raincheck with you at anytime and pick up the items you needed.  You will get the advertised price and any ECB offered at time Rain Check was issued.

If an item is advertised 2/$4.97, do I have to purchase 2 to get the price?

Absolutely not!  You only have to buy 1 item to get the sale price.

What order should I give my coupons to the cashier?

First off, always make sure you hand over your $/$$ {such as: $3/15, $4/20 or $5/25} FIRST.  Than all other coupons can follow.  There is no specific order of manufacturer coupons and CVS Coupons!

When items are featured buy $25.00 get back $10 ECB, do I need to purchase all items in one transaction.

No!  CVS is great about tracking your purchases on the bottom of your receipt.  You can make multiple transaction and when you reach your $25.00 your $10.00 ECB will print at the bottom of your receipt.  Just make sure to complete the transactions in the allotted time frame for the Sale that week.  

When do CVS Sales run?

CVS advertised Sales run from Sunday-Saturday.  Some stores will start their Sunday deals on Saturday evenings.  Please call your store to ask about this.
